Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablet – TELSCORT-H 40 TAB is a medicine that has two ingredients, Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. It is used to help lower high blood pressure. High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is a long-term condition where the blood pushes too hard against the walls of the arteries. It can increase the chance of heart problems, such as a heart attack or stroke. This medicine is usually used when one medicine alone isn’t keeping the blood pressure under control. Lowering blood pressure can help lower your chances of having a heart attack or stroke later on.
