Paracetamol is taken as a pain reliever and antipyretic, it blocks some chemicals released in our body that are responsible for feeling pain. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride is used when stuffiness is felt in the nose and gives relief from congestion by widening small blood vessels. Chlorpheniramine Maleate Syrup is used to cure various allergic symptoms like sneezing, stuffy nose, watery eyes, and itching which can be caused by the common cold.

If the symptoms are shown in the patient’s body then the dosage of Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride & Chlorpheniramine Maleate Syrup may be taken after a meal usually twice a day.

If you have taken medicines like phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, and methylene blue injection in the past 14 days you should avoid f Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride & Chlorpheniramine Maleate Syrup.
Do not recommend it to children below 2 years and patients with asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma, etc.
